The Head for the Hills Craft Beverage Festival hosted an Open House Tuesday evening to talk about the upcoming 10th Anniversary edition of the popular festival on Sept 13 2025. Over the past nine years, the event has raised over $570,000 for deserving local charities. All thanks to the collaboration of all five Halton Hills service clubs: Kin, Kiwanis, Lions, Optimist and Rotary, and hundreds of volunteers each year.

Congratulations to The Georgetown Bread Basket for being selected Citizen of the Year by the Georgetown Lions Club. Lots of former winners and dignitaries came out to show support for this deserving group who run what many say is the best-run food bank they've ever seen.
