This killdeer was worried that the gardeners I was shadowing were getting too close to its nest. Said gardeners called it the "yelly one" as it kept screeching at them to go away. Don't worry, everyone respected its space. No one faulted it for being a good parent.

New residents at Georgetown Golf Club are pretty cute. That parental stance told me I was close enough

The swans at Blue Springs Golf Club were a little shy on Sunday. Hopefully it's just early season jitters, and they get used to all the golfers coming by

All the signage is gone from Allison's Farm Market on Eighth Line. I guess it's only a matter of time now. Hard to believe the 50-year-old farm will soon be homes. But I guess that's progress. Their new location on 15 Sideroad won't be as convenient, but I'm sure it will still be worth the drive.

With the start of Spring, it often means the beginning of construction season. Looking west from Eighth Line north of 10th Sideroad. Perhaps the start of the development of these lands? Hoping these trees are spared.
