An informative afternoon at the Georgetown Hospital Foundation's Donor Appreciation event. I was fortunate to be selected to represent Halton Hills Today.

It was interesting hearing about everything that goes into running a hospital, and how expensive all the equipment is. Many people don't realize that the government pays for the building and staff, but equipment expenses are the responsibility of the hospital, and the need is great. A very worthy cause.
